Well gonna hit a couple of antique malls today

one of them usually has a lot of toys and action figures. it used to have a large Mars Attacks figure I'm hoping hasnt gone anywhere. Hopefully I'll find that and some others.

We have tons of Antique malls here, the problem is they only have real antiques!

hell almost every antique mall I've been in has some cases in them with toys. sometimes you can find some great deals. I know I've seen most of the St Louis Sports Picks there, but usually scalper prices. some older figures are great deals.

theres one in Columbia Missouri, that has a room of Spawn/McFarlane figures. Tons of older ones. every so often I drive the two hours to check it out.

well none of those Rat Finks, but there was a ton of Rat Fink items. A big bank, antenna ball, and other Rat Fink stuff. Also some Marx Nutty Mags or something that looks along the Rat Fink look.

I saw a lot of McFarlane stuff. Thinking about going back and getting the four sets of playsets they had for about 15 bucks a peice. Even had the Steve the Victim one. all moc.

Then I saw another Sports Pick I need. Rams Jason Seahorn. Never even knew it existed. From series 7. they wanted 28 bucks. too much for me.

lots of cool stuff at the first one we went to. the second one had a lot less toys. a bunch of sports picks, but I refuse to pay scalper prices for them.

yeah, there was a sweet one in the suburbs outside of Toronto, had it's own toys and games section! too bad most of it, if not all has been torn down and a Sam's Club, TRU, and Wal-Mart took it's place, and I still haven't gone to that TRU [img]frown.gif[/img]


EDIT: oh wait, yeah the antique place just moved, but it's a small place, and I haven't gone in a year or so, so, it cold be totally different, anywhoo, it rocked [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
